I am a 21 year old male and was pondering if I could see any positive aspects from using a fiber supplement like Metamucil?
I eat fairly healthful and lift weights and exercising all the time.

If you are consuming adequate fiberous foods like fresh leafy greens, legumes, fresh veggies, and so on., and you are healthful, then you should not have to use a bulk softener like Metamucil. Also, If you are pretty standard and you are in no way straining to go, then you should not even take into account it.
